Wise guidance often comes from those who have walked a similar path. Learning from the experiences and wisdom of mentors and older individuals allows youth to avoid common pitfalls and make the most of opportunities.
Purpose...
A clear sense of purpose provides the motivation and direction needed to set and achieve meaningful goals. Guidance from mentors helps young individuals discover and define their purpose in life, which, in turn, inspires them to take deliberate actions to reach their objectives.
Empathy
